This information is addressed pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Code regarding the protection of personal data -, to those who use and interact electronically with the web services of the site http://www.svt.vi.it/ and mobile applications owned by SVT, Company Vicentina Trasporti Srl. The information is to be considered valid only for the aforementioned sites and mobile applications and not for the other sites that can be consulted via links. The information is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted by the European Authorities to identify the minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online with the methods, times and nature of the data that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection. The data controller is SVT, Società Vicentina Trasporti S.r.l. with registered office in Vicenza, Viale Milano 78. The personal data provided voluntarily by users in comments, emails and requests for services or information will be used for the sole purpose of providing the requested services. This information will also be disclosed to third parties only if this is strictly necessary according to the characteristics of the service expressly requested by the users concerned. The indication of these subjects will be communicated by the Vicentina Trasporti S.r.l. at the request of the interested party, by writing to svt@svt.vi.it. The computer systems in general, the Internet transmission protocols and the software on which this site is based acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the web. The information is not collected for identification purposes, although this is possible through processing by the competent authorities; in fact, the data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes against the site. The Authority may also request information pursuant to Article 157 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 with obligation to reply. The data collected are: IP addresses; the domain names of users' computers; the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources; the time of the request; the method used for the request to the server; the size of the file obtained in response; the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. Personal data will be processed with IT / telematic tools to provide newsletters and statistical and market studies and research. During processing, specific security measures will be observed to prevent the loss of information, illicit or incorrect use or unauthorized access. These data will be used only for anonymous statistical purposes and to check the functioning of the site. Cookies will not be used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor will the so-called c.d. persistent cookies of any kind for tracking users. The use of the so-called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe exploration and efficient site. The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration, cancellation, 'update, or correction pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
